Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the custard cup in amethyst. (Hazel Atlas called this color 'burgundy' when it was originally made, but it's a rich amethyst color.) Very good condition, there is slight inner rim roughness along the mold line - typical for this piece as they were stacked and the inner lip is sharp. I have 2 available, price is per custard. The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'.
