Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. Swirl was made by Jeannette Glass during the depression. The Ultramarine color was only produced for 1 year - from 1937 to 1938. The blue-green colored glass was very unstable and would burn easily, so production was limited. Offered here is the creamer in perfect condition.
