Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the custard cup in amethyst. (Hazel Atlas called this color 'burgundy' when it was originally made, but it's a rich amethyst color.) Very good condition, there is slight inner rim roughness along the mold line - typical for this piece as they were stacked and the inner lip is sharp. I have 2 available, price is per custard. The Octagonal Children's set is the most plentiful shape Akro Agate made. Offered here are cup & saucers and plates from the large size Octagonal set. The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1350's and into the 1960's. This is the 6 1/2 oz tumbler. The tumbler is 4 inches high and in perfect condition.
