These Akro Agate items are from the Large Interior Panel set (16 panels). The color is transparent topaz and was only made for one year (1935-6). Sharon is one of the most widely recognized and collected depression glass patterns. Made by Federal Glass from 1935 to 1939, it is popular in pink, green and amber. Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in cobalt. Perfect condition, I have 12 sets available. Price is per cup & saucer st. See my other listings for more in this pattern in cobalt and amethyst.

Moondrops was produced by New Martinsville Company from 1932 to 1940. Offered here is the 4 3/4 inch footed tumbler in perfect condition. This size is listed as the 'table tumbler' and holds 8-9 oz depending on how you fill it. The glass is a rich, ruby red color - more lovely in person. I have 12 available, price is per tumbler. Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. The graceful Art Deco design of these fixtures makes them the perfect fit in today's homes. This vintage 10 1/4 inch glass shade has a sort of deco design that looks like circles and ocean waves on a honey yellow background...

Old Colony is the correct name for the pattern that collectors have always called 'Lace Edge'. It was produced by Hocking from 1935 to 1938. Offered here is the 9 1/2 inch round vegetable bowl in pink. Excellent condition with no chips or damage. See my other listings for more in this pattern

Colonial, or 'Knife & fork' as it's come to be known is a Hocking pattern that was made from 1934 to 1938. Offered here is the 4 inch 5 oz footed tumbler in pink. Excellent condition, I have 2 available. Price is per tumbler. See my other listings for more in this pattern.

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in the rare white ceramic wash. I have 6 available, price is per tumbler. The Octagonal Children's set is the most plentiful shape Akro Agate made. Offered here are tumblers and teapot from this line. I have 4 yellow and 2 ivory tumblers for $20 each (either color). Also available is the hard to find blue teapot with open handle from the small size Octagonal set. The Manhattan pattern was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1939 to 1941. Its clean, deco lines makes it very popular with today's collectors. Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find. These assorted pieces are from the Large size Stippled Band set and are in excellent condition. They are priced as follows: teapot $70, sugar $50, creamer $28, and 2 cups at $20 each. Normandie is a depression glass pattern often called by the carnival glass pattern name 'Bouquet and Lattice'. Produced from 1933 to 1939 by Federal Glass Company, it is the only iridescent depression glass pattern from that time period. This is the 8 inch round serving bowl in excellent condition. Hex Optic is one of the earlier depression patterns. It was made by Jeannette Glass from 1928 to 1932 and used extensively in their kitchenware lines. Offered here is the ice bucket in green in excellent condition. This version has the pour spout so that a reamer can be inserted and the bucket serves double duty. it comes with the original metal handle & serving tongs. Consolidated Glass Company made the Catalonian pattern in 1926. Made to look like glass found in Spain at the archaeological sites, Catalonian is characterized by interior bubbles and raised rings on the surface of the glass. This pair of candlesticks is in excellent condition with no damage. I have other items in this pattern available, email for details.
