The Chiquita sets of children's dishes was made for J Pressman Company of New York. Although it's always been assumed to be an Akro Agate production, new research points to Alley Agate as the company of origin. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1106 creamer in emerald green. Perfect condition, serving pieces are very difficult to find in this pattern, so get them while you can. I also have other items available so email if you need something in Catalonian.

The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in amethyst. (Hazel Atlas called this color 'burgundy' when it was originally made, but it's a rich amethyst color.) Excellent condition, I have 5 sets available. Price is per set. Bubble was produced by Anchor Hocking from the 1940's through 1965. The sapphire blue color is a beautiful light blue unlike any other depression era color. Offered here is the 12 inch oval serving platter in perfect condition. See my other listings for more in this pattern.

This ashtray is my one and only piece of Phoenix Glass - and what a wonderful item it is! This is the #263 Phlox pattern ashtray in the Sculptured Crystal treatment. (crystal glass with a blue ceramic wash applied.) The ashtray is the 5 1/2 inch size - the larger and much harder to find of the two sizes that were made in this pattern. Produced in 1938, it's a rare find indeed! Excellent condition.

Although this pattern was officially named 'Sylvan' by Federal Glass Company, it has always been referred to by the collector's name, Parrot. The Cube, or Cubist, pattern was made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1929 to 1933. It's often confused with Fostoria's American pattern and for good reason: both were designed by the same man. Normandie is a depression glass pattern often called by the carnival glass pattern name 'Bouquet and Lattice'. Produced from 1933 to 1939 by Federal Glass Company, it is the only iridescent depression glass pattern from that time period. This is the 12 inch oval serving platter in excellent condition.
