Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find. This 16 piece set is the Small size Stippled Band and includes the teapot and lid, 4 plates, 4 cups & saucers, sugar & creamer. There is a flake off the underside of the teapot lid, all the rest of the pieces are in very good condition. See my other listings for more Akro Agate Child sets.

Sharon is one of the most widely recognized and collected depression glass patterns. Made by Federal Glass from 1935 to 1939, it is popular in pink, green and amber. Moondrops was produced by New Martinsville Company from 1932 to 1940. Offered here is the 4 3/4 inch footed tumbler in perfect condition. This size is listed as the 'table tumbler' and holds 8-9 oz depending on how you fill it. The glass is a rich, ruby red color - more lovely in person. I have 12 available, price is per tumbler. The Manhattan pattern was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1939 to 1941. Its clean, deco lines makes it very popular with today's collectors. Although this isn't listed with Manhattan in the catalogs, Hocking produced this cookie jar as a 'go with' item for the pattern. It was made during the same time period and sold along with Manhattan. Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Originally produced in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 4 1/2 inch berry bowl in the green satin finish. (The color is actually more teal blue than green.) This color is very hard to find because it was only made in 1938-9. Excellent condition, I have 4 available...

Horseshoe is the collector's name for Indiana Glass Company's pattern No. 612. Produced from 1930 to 1933, it's a lovely pattern that's as popular today as it was when it was first made. The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's and into the 1960's. This is the 13 oz footed tumbler in amethyst.
