Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. The transparent topaz color pictured here was only made in 1935-6 and is very difficult to find. This 16 piece set is the Small size Stippled Band and includes the teapot and lid, 4 plates, 4 cups & saucers, sugar & creamer. There is a flake off the underside of the teapot lid, all the rest of the pieces are in very good condition. See my other listings for more Akro Agate Child sets.

Patrician, or 'Spoke' as collectors have been calling it for years, was made by Federal Glass Company from 1933 to 1939. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in green in excellent condition. This powder jar was designed by Charles H. Oestreich of Brooklyn NY: the design was patented January 13, 1931. There is a pink elephant on the lid and the jar has an overall frosted finish. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more Depression era dresser items.

This vintage 11 inch glass shade has 6 raised ribs with a sort of twist design in crystal against a pink textured background...

The Newport or Hairpin pattern was made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's. The color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. This ashtray is my one and only piece of Phoenix Glass - and what a wonderful item it is! This is the #263 Phlox pattern ashtray in the Sculptured Crystal treatment. (crystal glass with a blue ceramic wash applied.) The ashtray is the 5 1/2 inch size - the larger and much harder to find of the two sizes that were made in this pattern. Produced in 1938, it's a rare find indeed! Excellent condition.

Seneca Glass Company produced the Driftwood Casual line from 1953 through 1983. Offered here is the 5 inch bowl in blue. I have 6 available. These go wonderfully with your Morgantown Crinkle set, or stand on their own as excellent quality glass. See my other listings for more in this pattern.
