Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. Consolidated Glass Company made the Catalonian pattern in 1926. Made to look like glass found in Spain at the archaeological sites, Catalonian is characterized by interior bubbles and raised rings on the surface of the glass. This pair of candlesticks is in excellent condition with no damage. I have other items in this pattern available, email for details.

The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. Sharon is one of the most widely recognized and collected depression glass patterns. Made by Federal Glass from 1935 to 1939, it is popular in pink, green and amber. These red glass drawer handles date to the late 1920's - 30's and are authentic depression era glass. They are NOT the reproduction junk being sold today. The El Mexicano pattern was designed to look like old, crudely made Mexican Glass. Made by Morgantown Glass in the early 1930's, the molds were later reworked for their crinkle line. This 7 1/2 inch salad plate is circa 1932 and the color is called 'Ice'. Perfect condition, I have 4 available. Price is per plate. Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the 5 3/4 inch bread & butter plate in amethyst. (Hazel Atlas called this color 'burgundy' when it was originally made, but it's a rich amethyst color.) Excellent condition, I have 2 plates available. Price is per plate. Although this pattern was officially named 'Sylvan' by Federal Glass Company, it has always been referred to by the collector's name, Parrot. Tulip is one of the only depression glass patterns that was produced by Dell Glass Company during the 1930's. Radiance is a very elegant Depression era pattern that was produced by New Martinsville Glass Company from 1936 to 1939. The pieces are ground and polished on the bottom edges and the color is very rich. Offered here is the 1 oz cordial in cobalt blue. 2 5/8 inches high, I have 2 available. Price is per stem. Iris & Herringbone was originally made by Jeannette Glass Company from 1928 to 32 during the depression. The pattern proved so popular that in the 1950's, they reissued it in the marigold iridescent color. Offered here is the 9 inch dinner plate in marigold in excellent condition. Beaded Block was produced by Imperial Glass Company from 1927 to about 1930. Pieces in this pattern are difficult to find and eagerly scooped up by collectors when they do surface. Offered here is the 7 3/4 inch square plate in green. This plate glows under black light like Vaseline Glass. Perfect condition, I have 8 available. Price is per plate. Oyster and Pearl was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1938 to 1940. It's one of their small patterns, with only 8 different items available to compliment the other Hocking patterns of the time.
