This depression glass cup & saucer set is the Newport or Hairpin pattern. Made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's, the color is amethyst, though Hazel Atlas called it 'Burgundy' in the original ads. Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #710 salad plate in blue crystal. (The color is the glass itself, not a fired on finish.) The plate measures 8 inches in diameter and is in excellent condition. Dinnerware items are very hard to find in this pattern and especially in this color. This tumbler vase is part of the Martele Line produced by Consolidated Glass Company during the 1920's. The pattern is called 'Katydid', though it's usually referred to as the 'grasshopper' vase. 8 inches tall, the color of the glass is blue crystal. (The color is in the glass, not a wash applied over clear glass.) Excellent condition and very hard to find in this color.

These beautiful candlesticks were produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the set was produced in the late 1920's. The pattern is called Orchid and is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2646 Low candlestick set. The color is green ceramic finish applied over crystal. Excellent condition.
