The Octagonal Children's set is the most plentiful shape Akro Agate made. Offered here are cup & saucers and plates from the large size Octagonal set. This depression glass cream soup bowl is the Newport or Hairpin pattern. Made by Hazel Atlas during the 1930's, the bowl is amethyst glass.(Hazel Atlas called this 'burgundy' in their ads, but it's a true amethyst.) Excellent condition. Normandie is a depression glass pattern often called by the carnival glass pattern name 'Bouquet and Lattice'. Produced from 1933 to 1939 by Federal Glass Company, it is the only iridescent depression glass pattern from that time period. This is the 10 1/2 inch oval vegetable bowl in excellent condition. These hand painted decanter bottles were produced by Imperial Glass Company. The shape is shown in the 1941 catalog with various cuttings and decoration. The hand painted flowers are enameled - they do not wash or scrape off the way cold paint would - and are the perfect compliment to FireKing's Peach Blossom decoration. I have 2 different styles. One has a round stopper, the other is more of an apothecary jar shape and has a long stopper...

Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. These cup & saucer sets are the Small size transparent green color. Perfect condition, price is $30 per cup & saucer set. The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. Old Colony is the correct name for the pattern that collectors have always called 'Lace Edge'. It was produced by Hocking from 1935 to 1938. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in pink. Mayfair is one of the most sought after Depression Glass patterns. Produced by Hocking Glass from 1931 to 1936, it is often called Open Rose by collectors. Offered here is a rare piece of Cambridge Cleo. This is the #617 cigarette jar and dates prior to 1930. (It's shown in the 1927-9 catalog reprint.) The jar has a light paneled optic within the glass and stands approximately 4 inches high. Excellent condition on this rare and unusual Cambridge Cleo item.

Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. The graceful Art Deco design of these fixtures makes them the perfect fit in today's homes.
This vintage 10 inch glass shade has a floral pattern that looks like chrysanthemums done in crystal against a pastel blue background...

The Manhattan pattern was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1939 to 1941. Its clean, deco lines makes it very popular with today's collectors. Offered here is the center insert for the relish set in excellent condition. The center insert was only made in clear, even though the triangle side inserts come in crystal, ruby and pink. Note that the insert has vertical ridges around the base, not the balls that you typically see on footed Manhattan items. I have 3 available, price is per insert...
