Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 3 1/2 inch tumbler in the rare white ceramic wash. I have 6 available, price is per tumbler. Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. The graceful Art Deco design of these fixtures makes them the perfect fit in today's homes.

The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. These hand painted decanter bottles were produced by Imperial Glass Company. The shape is shown in the 1941 catalog with various cuttings and decoration. The hand painted flowers are enameled - they do not wash or scrape off the way cold paint would - and are the perfect compliment to FireKing's Peach Blossom decoration. I have 2 different styles. One has a round stopper, the other is more of an apothecary jar shape and has a long stopper...

This shaker is part of the Windsor pattern made by Jeannette Glass from 1932 to 1946. Although only one is pictured, price is for a pair. One is perfect, the other has a tiny chip on the rim underneath the lid.! See my other listings for more in this pattern.

Stippled Band was the first toy dish pattern produced by Akro Agate. These cup & saucer sets are the Small size transparent green color. Perfect condition, price is $30 per cup & saucer set. Normandie is a depression glass pattern often called by the carnival glass pattern name 'Bouquet and Lattice'. Produced from 1933 to 1939 by Federal Glass Company, it is the only iridescent depression glass pattern from that time period. This is the 10 1/2 inch oval vegetable bowl in excellent condition. Old Colony is the correct name for the pattern that collectors have always called 'Lace Edge'. It was produced by Hocking from 1935 to 1938. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in pink. This powder jar was designed by Charles H. Oestreich of Brooklyn NY: the design was patented January 13, 1931. There is a pink elephant on the lid and the jar has an overall frosted finish. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more Depression era dresser items.

The Octagonal Children's set is the most plentiful shape Akro Agate made. Offered here are tumblers and teapot from this line. I have 4 yellow and 2 ivory tumblers for $20 each (either color). Also available is the hard to find blue teapot with open handle from the small size Octagonal set. Hex Optic is one of the earlier depression patterns. It was made by Jeannette Glass from 1928 to 1932 and used extensively in their kitchenware lines. Offered here is the ice bucket in green in excellent condition. This version has the pour spout so that a reamer can be inserted and the bucket serves double duty. it comes with the original metal handle & serving tongs. This figural glass lamp was produced by L.E. Smith Company during the 1940's - 50's. The color was fired on over clear glass, giving the opaque blue finish. This style is the 'Ballerina' lamp. The base shows 2 dancers in classic ballet pose. I have 2 available, price is per lamp. All have been re-wired so they work fine. The shade clips on the light bulb. (Bulb not included, I recommend 25 or 40 watt bulbs so the glass doesn't get too hot.) All are in good shape.
