Bead Chain fixtures were the standard ceiling fixture of the American home from the 1920’s through the 1940’s. The decorative glass shade hung from 3 bead chains, and could be adjusted up or down depending on the size of the room and height of the ceiling. Laurel is a depression glass pattern that was made by the McKee Glass Company in the 1930's. This covered cheese dish is the French Ivory color. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more in this pattern.

This powder jar was designed by Charles H. Oestreich of Brooklyn NY: the design was patented January 13, 1931. There is a pink elephant on the lid and the jar has an overall frosted finish. Excellent condition. See my other listings for more Depression era dresser items.

Yeoman is one of Heisey's earliest patterns and served as the 'blank' for many of their etchings. It was first produced in 1915. Offered here is the 8 oz goblet in pink. The Florentine pattern was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass Company from 1932 to 1935. It was made with scalloped edges or straight edges. Although Hazel Atlas didn't distinguish one from the other, collectors today call the scalloped edge 'Florentine 1' and the straight edge style 'Florentine 2'. Mayfair is one of the most sought after Depression Glass patterns. Produced by Hocking Glass from 1931 to 1936, it is often called Open Rose by collectors. Offered here is a rare piece of Cambridge Cleo. This is the #617 cigarette jar and dates prior to 1930. (It's shown in the 1927-9 catalog reprint.) The jar has a light paneled optic within the glass and stands approximately 4 inches high. Excellent condition on this rare and unusual Cambridge Cleo item.

The Manhattan pattern was produced by Hocking Glass Company from 1939 to 1941. Its clean, deco lines makes it very popular with today's collectors. Offered here is the center insert for the relish set in excellent condition. The center insert was only made in clear, even though the triangle side inserts come in crystal, ruby and pink. Note that the insert has vertical ridges around the base, not the balls that you typically see on footed Manhattan items. I have 3 available, price is per insert...

Moderntone was produced by Hazel Atlas Glass from 1934 - 42. Offered here is the cup & saucer set in amethyst. Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1154 sweet pea vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation - in honey yellow.(This color is a yellow ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) The vase is approximately 4 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. I have other items in this pattern available, just ask.

This beautiful vase was produced by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the pattern is called Katydid and was produced in the late 1920's. The vase is 7 inches high and the color is a dark sepia brown ceramic wash over crystal. Excellent condition, see my other listings for more Consolidated Glass.
