Consolidated Glass Company produced the Catalonian line in 1927. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1172 fan vase - part of the Spanish Knobs variation. The vase is approximately 6 inches high and is done in a very interesting color treatment with a pink ceramic wash fired on over white glass. Excellent condition...

The color is a light blue wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. crystal. Fostoria Glass Company made the 'Tut' vase in the mid 1920's when all things Egyptian were in style - along with the 'Art Deco' movement. This vase is 6 1/2 inches tall and in perfect condition. See my other listing for a black (called Ebony by Fostoria) Tut vase to compliment this one.

The Santa maria line was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1926 and items in this line are very difficult to find. Offered here is the #2566 Covered Cigarette Box in crystal. The cover depicts Columbus' flagship, the Santa Maria, while the bottom has dolphins on each side. Excellent condition. The original company ad reads, "Appeals to both men and women. Can be used for cigarettes or on a dresser or vanity to hold powder." (I keep tootsie rolls in mine....)

Dancing Nymph is the correct name for this Consolidated pattern - it's sometimes called "Dance of the Nudes" due to listings in depression glass books under that name. Made in 1928, it's a wonderful pattern for the deco collector as well as glass lovers. This is the 8 1/4 inch plate in the crystal satin finish. Excellent condition, I have 4 available.
