This beautiful comport was made by the Consolidated Glass Company as part of the Martele line. Designed by Reuben Haley, the piece was produced in the late 1920's. The pattern is 'Chickadee' and shows 2 birds on each side. Approximately 6 1/2 inches tall, the color is called 'honey - it's a yellow ceramic wash over crystal. Perfect condition. The vase is listed in the Consolidated catalog as the #2753 Pine-Cone vase, and measures 6 1/2 inches high. It was made to look like glass found in Catalonia Spain at the archaeological sites, and had bubbles and raised rings blown into the glass. This is the 1116B fan vase in amethyst. (This color is a green ceramic wash applied over crystal glass.) The vase is approximately 7 1/2 inches high and in perfect condition. Line 700 was produced by Consolidated Glass Company in 1929. Offered here is the #714 footed sundae dish (or sherbet) in blue ceramic. The color is a light blue wash applied over crystal and then fired on to fuse it permanently to the surface of the glass. crystal.
